Administrator (Thai Speaking)

Our client is an established hydraulic services company delivering plumbing and hydraulic solutions across commercial and construction projects.

They are looking for a Thai-speaking Administration Assistant to join their team in South-West Sydney. This is a varied role supporting the construction and design teams while acting as an important link between the Sydney office and their Thailand-based design team.

A key part of the role will be coordinating design queries, documentation and approvals between the Thailand design team and the Sydney-based Design Manager, ensuring information is accurately communicated and progressed.

About the Role

You will provide day-to-day administration and coordination support across the construction and design functions.
Your responsibilities will include:

• Providing general administration support to the construction and design teams
• Coordinating communication between the Sydney and Thailand-based teams
• Assisting with design queries, documentation and approvals
• Referring design queries and required approvals back to the Sydney-based Design Manager
• Communicating information between English and Thai where required
• Assisting with document control and filing
• Coordinating emails, correspondence and project information
• Following up outstanding information and approvals
• Supporting the construction team with day-to-day administration
• Assisting with spreadsheets, reporting and data entry
• Managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced construction environment

About You We are looking for someone who is organised, proactive and confident communicating with both local and international teams.

Ideally, you will have:

• Fluent Thai and English – essential
• Full working rights (PR or Citizen) - essential 
• Previous administration experience
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent attention to detail
• Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Word and Excel
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
• Confidence following up information and keeping tasks moving
• A professional and collaborative approach
• Previous construction, engineering, design or property administration experience is highly desirable
• Ability to work effectively with both Sydney and overseas-based teams
