About the Role:

At our Ballarat clinic we are looking for a Treatment Coordinator who wants to be part of this exciting expansion journey with us, whilst delivering a seamless and best in class patient journey & experience!
To be suitable for this role we are seeking someone with expertise in patient relationship management and ideally with experience in the dental implant & full arch areas.

Key responsibilities include:

 
• Effectively communicate & sell our patient value proposition to attract the appropriate full arch patient.
• Be that new patient coordinator & manage the patient’s treatment plan journey as an integral part of a multi-functional full arch clinic team.
• Being the go-to support for the patient during their entire journey.
• Prompt patient correspondence, filing & record management via our CRM.
• Assisting the patient and full arch team with taking 3D scans and photos.

To be successful in this role, you should display & have:

• Outstanding customer service skills, empathy & self-awareness.
• Great organisational skills, ability to multitask, problem-solve and prioritise.
• Ability to take control and stay calm under pressure.
• Be a team player who will roll their sleeves up with all of us together.
• Be able to receive constructive feedback and training with an eagerness to learn & develop.
• Ideally have prior experience in the dental implant industry as a Treatment Coordinator and/or patient management roles, a minimum of 3 years.
