About the role
MLC is seeking an experienced and people-focused Payroll Manager to lead our payroll function and deliver a high-quality service to staff across the College.

Reporting to the Director of People and Culture, this is an exciting opportunity for a payroll professional who combines strong technical expertise with a passion for customer service, continuous improvement and team leadership.
Leading a small payroll team, you will oversee all aspects of payroll operations including payroll processing, superannuation, payroll tax, statutory reporting, compliance, payroll systems and process improvement initiatives. Working closely with People and Culture, Finance and Technology teams, you will play a key role in ensuring the integrity and effectiveness of payroll services across the College.
