Inspections Agent/PM Assistant

We’re now looking for an experienced Inspections Manager / Property Management Assistant to join our team and grow with the business.

This is a varied and hands-on role supporting our Senior Property Manager.

Your main focus will be managing inspections and assisting with the day-to-day running of the Property Management department.

Your duties will include:

• Scheduling and conducting routine inspections

• Completing final inspections

• Managing inspection schedules and ensuring they remain up to date

• Conducting property viewings and sign-ups where required

• Processing rental applications

• Assisting with keeping management renewals up to date

• Assisting the Senior Property Manager with calls, sign-ups, tenant enquiries and general administration

• Assisting with calls, sign-ups, tenant enquiries and general administration

• Ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and to a high standard

To be successful in this role, you will have:

• At least 3 years’ experience in Property Management

• Experience using PropertyMe or a similar property management software system is required

• A current Real Estate Registration Certificate

• Australian citizenship or permanent residency with full Australian working rights

• Excellent professional communication skills

• Strong organisational and time-management skills

• The ability to work independently and manage your own workload

• A proactive, positive attitude and willingness to help wherever needed

• A strong eye for detail and pride in your work

• A genuine commitment to providing excellent customer service

• The ability to work as part of a small, close-knit team
