About the role

We are looking for a reliable and motivated Tyre Service Fitter to join our busy team. This is a hands-on role suited to someone who takes pride in quality workmanship, enjoys practical work, and can deliver friendly, efficient service to customers and fleet clients.

Key responsibilities

• Fit, repair, rotate, balance and replace tyres across a range of vehicles.

• Inspect tyres for wear, damage and roadworthiness, and recommend suitable repair or replacement options.

• Check and adjust tyre pressures to manufacturer and safety requirements.

• Operate tyre fitting, balancing and workshop equipment safely and correctly.

• Maintain a clean, organised and safe work area.

• Provide professional customer service and communicate clearly with customers and team members.

• Complete basic job records and assist with tyre stock control when required.

About you

• Previous tyre fitting experience is preferred, but training may be provided for the right person.

• Current driver licence is required; manual licence is highly regarded.

• Physically fit and comfortable with manual handling and working on your feet.

• Strong attention to detail and a safety-first attitude.

• Reliable, punctual and willing to work as part of a team.

• A positive attitude and willingness to learn.
