Administration / Customer Service

JV Crash Repairs  are a well established family business which operates in a fast paced, agile environment and prides itself on exceptional Customer Service.

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Customer Service Administrator who takes pride in their work to join our dynamic and friendly team. This position provides administrative support across the business to ensure the effective & smooth running of the day to day operations.

The role requires a team player who can work in a motivated small team environment. Attention to detail and strong organisation skill are required.

Key responsibilities include:

• Customer Service is an essential part of the role, including all incoming calls and customer enquiries

• Provide admin support to facilitate the daily operations of the business and maintaining internal systems

• Receipting and entering supplier invoices

• Liaising with Insurance companies 

• Perform any other related ad-hoc admin duties as assigned by the Office Manager

To be considered for the position you will possess:

• Excellent Customer Service, friendly and approachable personality with a customer-focused attitude

• Strong experience in fast paced office administration setting (automotive crash repairs or insurance industry is a plus)

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Microsoft Office

• Ability to work independently and without direct supervision

• Must be organised, have a high attention to detail and the ability to solve problems

• Ability to multitask and priorities workload efficiently

• Demonstrated experience in data entry and / or invoice processing
