Open Ticket Crane Operators

Boom Logistics Limited is a leading ASX listed provider of crane lifting and logistics services, supporting some of the country's largest mining, infrastructure and industrial projects. With a strong focus on safety, operational excellence, and long-term growth, we are seeking experienced and motivated personnel to join our regional Queensland operations at multiple sites.

About the Opportunity:

As part of our continued growth, we are seeking motivated and experiences open ticket Crane Operators to join our operational team and depot in East Rockingham, WA. Working as part of a high-performing crane crew, you will be responsible for the safe and efficient execution of lifting operations, supporting daily site activities, and maintaining a strong safety-first culture.

Key Responsibilities may include:

• Safe and efficient operation of mobile cranes.

• Rigging and Heavy Transport Operations.

• Develop and execute detailed lifting plans.

• Liaise closely with the Fleet Controller, Supervisor and Operations Management regarding day-to-day deployment.

• Work with a clear focus on safety and customer service.

• Supporting site operations with a strong customer-focused mindset.

To be successful in your role, you will ideally have:

• Open Crane Ticket

• Current HC or MC Licence

• Nationally recognised construction industry white card and/or High Risk License (or willingness to obtain).

• Extensive experience operating All Terrain cranes from 100t through to 750t (3-5 years preferred).

• Experience operating cranes and equipment in a mobile hire environment.

• Ability and willingness to work remotely when required to assist with our contracts and projects across the region.

• Strong commitment to safety and teamwork.
