About the role 

You will be part of a rapidly growing insolvency practice with direct client exposure, the chance to build strong advocacy skills, and hands‑on involvement across a wide range of debt recovery and insolvency processes.

The role requires a strong track record of performance and the capacity to effectively manage an independent case load. We are open to applications from a strong Senior Associate or Special Counsel, and Principal/Partner level lawyers.

This role offers a genuine opportunity for you to forge the next step in their career towards running and developing a practice. Chambers Russell offers a transparent pathway of progression into senior roles including Partnership.

About You 

• 4+ years post admission experience in debt recovery, insolvency or bankruptcy, with other commercial litigation experience also considered.
• An ability to manage own file load and to mentor junior lawyers;
• An ability to build strong client relationships;
• A focus high level service to our clients;
• Strong attention to detail and written and verbal communication skills; and
• An ability to build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders.
