About the role

Carina Leagues Club Limited is seeking experienced chefs and cooks to join our dynamic culinary team. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking a variety of delicious meals for our club members and guests.

What you'll be doing

• Preparing and cooking a diverse range of dishes using fresh, high-quality ingredients

• Adhering to strict food safety and hygiene standards

• Collaborating with the kitchen team to deliver exceptional customer service

• Assisting with menu planning and development

• Maintaining a clean and organised workstation

• Providing guidance and mentoring to junior members of the kitchen staff

What we're looking for

• Formal culinary qualification or relevant industry experience

• Strong knowledge of food preparation, cooking techniques and presentation

• Excellent time management and multitasking skills

• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment

• Passion for creating delicious, high-quality meals

• Commitment to upholding food safety and hygiene standards
