About the role
Knox City Council is seeking a Community Care Continuous Improvement & System Administration Officer to support the Community Access & Support department in delivering high-quality services to our community.
This role will lead the administration and continuous improvement of our client management system (Carelink) and other key systems, ensuring data integrity and effective reporting. You will work closely with staff to build system capability, improve processes and support service delivery.
You will also contribute to quality improvement initiatives, support compliance with Commonwealth Home Support Program (CHSP) requirements and Aged Care Quality Standards, and assist with reporting through Carelink, My Aged Care and the Data Exchange (DEX).
We're looking for someone with experience or a strong interest in client management systems, data analysis, business improvement and community or aged care services. Strong communication, problem-solving and stakeholder engagement skills will be key to your success.
This is a part time temporary role (0.6 EFT) based at Civic Centre. We support flexible working arrangements while ensuring operational needs of the role are met.
This is a Band 5 classified role. Remuneration will be $83,593.07 to $97,258.47 (depending on experience) (pro-rata for part time) plus superannuation in accordance with the Superannuation Guarantee.
