About The Role

As the Store Manager of our Castle Town Townsville Store, you will be the face of Ringers Western.

You will lead the team, drive commercial success, and create an unforgettable customer experience that reflects everything our brand stands for.

You’ll own the energy of the store — setting the culture, creating the standard, and ensuring every customer, guest, and partner who walks through the doors feels the Ringers Western difference.

Your days will include:

• Leading and inspiring a passionate retail team to deliver exceptional customer experiences
