The role of Technical Sales/Business Developer is responsible for:

• Providing deep insights into market segments and associated analysis

• Delivering new products to new and existing markets / customers

• Delivering sales outcomes aligned with the business objectives

• Building and maintain new and existing relationships across the business

• Developing and executing market relevant segment strategies while driving business development activity

The ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate success in business development in B2B / B2C environments as well as have experience in wholesale and distribution business.  Additionally, the ability to drive sales, commit to excellent customer service, and develop technical solutions with a natural ability to promote the technical capability of products and systems.  A stable work history and a background in the sealing industry is advantageous, however experience in process industries, food and beverage, heavy equipment, hydraulics / pneumatics, mining, rail and/or oil and gas segments will be favourably regarded.
