 We're Looking For

An Assistant Development Managerto support the delivery of apartments-led mixed-use projects, contributing to strong financial outcomes and vibrant community creation.

What You'll Do

• Support the wider development team in scoping, designing and delivering projects aligned to business strategy and profitability targets.
• Assist in managing project schedules, budgets and invoicing, procurement and stakeholder engagement to ensure key milestones and financial outcomes are achieved.
• Work collaboratively across internal teams including Development, Finance, Marketing and Sales to deliver high-quality community outcomes.
• Contribute to customer satisfaction, stakeholder relationships, and continuous improvement initiatives across projects.
• This is a permanent role within our Communities business, where you will play a key role in helping deliver projects that enhance Stockland's reputation and community impact.

Experience & Skills That Count

• 1-3 years' experience in property development or a related field
• Tertiary qualifications in Property, Development or a related discipline (or equivalent experience)
• Understanding of property markets and economics, project delivery, budgeting, procurement and contract administration
• Strong communication skills
• Capabilities in operating financial software
• Ability to manage competing priorities and contribute to commercial project outcomes
