Founded over 22 years ago, Grill’d started with a simple idea – to create healthy burgers that taste good and do good. Since then, we’ve grown from one Melbourne restaurant into one of Australia’s most loved hospitality brands, with 180+ restaurants nationwide and exciting growth still ahead.

2026 is shaping up to be our biggest year yet. We’re opening more restaurants, expanding into new locations and taking our Drive Thru footprint to the next level. With an elevated menu and a strong focus on developing our leaders, it’s an exciting time to grow your career with Grill’d.

As our NSW Operations team continues to expand, we’re looking for a Growth Coach to strengthen our leadership team and support the next wave of restaurant growth.

About the Role

You’ll lead a portfolio of restaurants across NSW, partnering closely with restaurant leaders to build brilliant teams, lift performance and deliver memorable customer experiences.

You’ll bring energy, commercial focus and a genuine passion for developing people. From coaching leaders and analysing performance to supporting new restaurant openings, you’ll play an important role in shaping the continued success of Grill’d.

You’ll thrive in this role if you enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, building strong relationships and taking ownership of results.

• Drive Performance: Lead your restaurants to achieve sustainable sales growth, profitability and strong commercial results.
• Develop Great Leaders: Coach, challenge and inspire restaurant leaders to build capable, engaged and high-performing teams.
• Turn Insights into Action: Use operational, financial and customer data to identify opportunities and improve performance.
• Deliver Brilliant Operations: Ensure every restaurant consistently provides memorable customer experiences and seamless operations.
• Lead with Accountability: Maintain high standards across food safety, workplace safety, employment compliance and operational processes.
• Support Our Growth: Play a key role in new restaurant openings and help set teams up for success from day one.
• Bring Our Brand to Life: Create an environment where our people feel connected to Grill’d’s purpose, values and ambition.

Who We’re Looking For:

• Experienced Multi-Site Leader: Proven leadership experience within hospitality, retail or another fast-paced customer environment.
• People Developer: A passionate coach who knows how to build confidence, capability and accountability in others.
• Commercially Minded: Comfortable analysing a P&L, identifying performance opportunities and taking action to improve results.
• Strong Communicator: Able to build trust, influence stakeholders and communicate clearly across all levels.
• Operationally Focused: Someone who sets high standards and understands what great restaurant operations look like.
• Solutions Focused: Brings energy, resilience and a practical approach to solving problems.
• Growth Mindset: Excited to learn, evolve and grow with a business that continues to expand nationally.
