Allied Health Receptionist

Front of House Lead | High Performance Clinic Environment

This is a high responsibility front of house role in a busy allied health clinic, where your performance directly impacts patient flow, clinician diaries and overall clinic efficiency.

We are looking for someone experienced, calm under pressure and ready to step in during a key operational period. Immediate start available for the right candidate.

You will be working within a fast-paced, multidisciplinary clinic alongside physiotherapists, podiatrists, exercise physiologists and massage therapists.

This is a key role where organisation, communication and decision making matter. You will take ownership of the front desk and ensure the clinic runs efficiently day to day.

Running a high volume reception desk efficiently
Managing bookings, rescheduling and cancellations
Maximising clinician diaries and reducing gaps
Maintaining smooth patient flow and a high standard of service
Handling private health, Medicare, DVA and WorkCover processes
Communicating confidently with patients, clinicians and referrers
Maintaining accuracy across billing, bookings and patient records

Minimum 2 years experience in a busy medical or allied health clinic
Ability to stay organised and effective under pressure
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
High attention to detail and accountability
Confidence managing people, problems and competing priorities
Comfort working in a structured, performance-driven environment

Our team includes physiotherapists, podiatrists, exercise physiologists and massage therapists working within a structured, systems driven environment focused on patient experience, clinician utilisation and overall clinic performance.

Flexibility across clinic hours is essential:

Monday to Thursday 8:00am to 7:00pm
Friday 8:00am to 6:00pm
