Project Manager

Are you an experienced Project Manager looking to lead high-value projects in Sydney? A well-established contractor with a strong presence in commercial and industrial projects is seeking a skilled Project Manager to manage projects valued between $10M and $30M (hydraulics package) 

The Role:

• Lead and manage projects from initiation to completion, ensuring scope, schedule, budget, and quality requirements are met.
• Manage stakeholder relationships, including clients, government agencies, subcontractors, and internal teams.
• Ensure compliance with all safety, regulatory, and contractual requirements, including defence sector standards.
• Coordinate resources, monitor project progress, and proactively address risks and issues.
• Provide reporting and updates to senior management on project performance and outcomes.
• Clear pathway to move into hybrid Construction Manager / Operations role, if desired
   

About You:

• 5+ years proven experience delivering and managing medium-to-large hydraulic projects across hospitals, metros, and data centres 
• Must have experience working within Tier 2–3 construction sites
• Licensed plumber (essential) additional qualifications in Project Management highly regarded 
• Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Excellent organisational skills and experience managing crews of 20-30 people
• Experience on Aconex, Procore and similar software
• Design experience beneficial
• Experience submitting claims and variations, and ordering materials/procurement coordination
