With an immediate start available, this role is ideal for a payroll professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys working for a well-known brand with an outstanding culture.The RoleReporting into the Payroll Manager, you will play a key role in ensuring accurate and timely payroll processing while delivering exceptional service to employees and stakeholders across the business.Key responsibilities include:Processing employee onboarding information and payroll setup, including tax and superannuation details.Maintaining employee payroll records and actioning remuneration, transfer and employment status changes.Managing payroll enquiries and resolving payroll-related issues in a timely and professional manner.Ensuring payroll transactions are processed accurately and within strict deadlines.Performing payroll reconciliations and validating payroll data to maintain data integrity.Investigating and resolving payroll discrepancies and exceptions.Liaising with employees, managers and key stakeholders across the business.Supporting payroll compliance activities and contributing to continuous process improvements.Assisting with payroll reporting and general payroll administration duties.About YouTo be successful in this role, you will demonstrate:Previous experience working as a Payroll Officer within a high-volume payroll environment.Mandatory experience using SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll (ECP).Strong understanding of payroll legislation, taxation and superannuation requirements.Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to payroll accuracy.Excellent communication skills and the ability to build strong stakeholder relationships.Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel skills.A proactive and solutions-focused approach to payroll administration.What's On Offer?Immediate start available.Ongoing temporary opportunity with potential for extension.Sydney CBD location with excellent transport links.Flexible hybrid working environment.Join a recognised ASX-listed organisation and employer of choice.Supportive team culture and well-respected leadership.Opportunity to work for a premium brand with a strong market reputation.
