Smart Moves Healthcare is growing, and we're looking for an experienced Occupational Therapist to join our Adelaide team.
We're a South Australian, family-owned allied health provider delivering Occupational Therapy, Physiotherapy, Speech Pathology and Exercise Physiology services across metropolitan and regional communities. Our clinicians work across NDIS, aged care and community health, helping people achieve greater independence and quality of life.
This role is ideal for a clinician who enjoys working autonomously, values strong clinical practice and is looking for a supportive team environment without unnecessary layers of management.
As a Senior Occupational Therapist, you'll manage a varied community caseload and work with participants presenting with a broad range of physical, neurological, developmental and psychosocial needs.
Your work may include:
Functional Capacity Assessments
Assistive Technology assessments and prescription
Home modification assessments
Capacity-building interventions
Detailed clinical reporting and recommendations
Liaising with participants, families, support coordinators and other stakeholders
Supporting and mentoring less experienced clinicians
We encourage clinicians to develop areas of interest and expertise, and we're committed to providing opportunities for professional growth as our organisation continues to expand.
Competitive salary package
Flexible work arrangements
Ability to determine your billable hour target
Professional development support
Clinical supervision and peer mentoring
Administrative support to help reduce non-clinical workload
A collaborative multidisciplinary team environment
Opportunities for career progression and leadership development
To be successful in this role, you will have:
Current AHPRA registration as an Occupational Therapist
Experience working within community, disability, rehabilitation or aged care settings
Strong assessment, clinical reasoning and report-writing skills
Experience with NDIS participants and funding pathways
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
Current driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle
Most importantly, you're someone who is passionate about delivering quality services and making a meaningful difference in the lives of the people you support.
At Smart Moves Healthcare, we believe great outcomes come from great people. We invest in our clinicians, support professional autonomy and foster a culture built on respect, collaboration and clinical excellence.
If you're looking for a senior role where your experience is valued and your work has a genuine impact, we'd love to hear from you.
