Role Requirements:
We’re seeking reliable, motivated individuals who are eager to learn and can commit to a full-time, on-site role (Monday to Friday) at our South Melbourne office. You will be responsible for:
Handling a high volume of inbound and outbound calls and emails with professionalism and empathy
Delivering timely, accurate support across all communication platforms
Responding to customer queries related to our services, including depreciation schedules and property tax solutions
Managing complaints and finding effective resolutions independently
Accurately processing customer information, payments and documentation
Developing strong knowledge of our property and tax depreciation products to assist clients with confidence
Adapting quickly to new processes, technologies, and customer expectations in a fast-paced environment
Keeping thorough and accurate records of customer interactions and updates
We’re looking for someone who:
Communicates clearly and courteously
Can lead conversations with confidence and empathy
Has solid English literacy skills
Is detail-oriented, punctual, and takes pride in their work
