About the role

The Office & Accounts Coordinator is responsible for the day-to-day financial and administrative operations of the Club. This role ensures accurate financial management, payroll, office administration, compliance with legislative requirements, and provides operational support to the Club Manager, Treasurer and Committee.

Key responsibilities

• Manage full-function Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable

• Prepare and issue customer invoices

• Process supplier invoices and payments

• Perform daily, weekly and monthly bank reconciliations

• Maintain accurate financial records using MYOB accounting software

• Prepare financial reports for management and committee

• Process weekly payroll accurately and on time

• Ensure compliance with Modern Awards, Enterprise Agreements and Fair Work legislation

• Coordinate the daily operation of the office

• Maintain member and customer records within the Club's CRM (Square)

About you

• Minimum 3 years' experience in an Office Manager, Accounts or similar role

• Bookkeeping and accounting knowledge

• Payroll processing experience

• Accounts Payable and Receivable experience

• Bank reconciliation experience

• Excellent organisational and time management skills

• High level of attention to detail

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Ability to work independently

• Strong problem-solving skills
