Physiotherapist

Resthaven Paradise Residential Services are currently looking for a Physiotherapist to join the team in a permanent part-time capacity.

Working as a Physiotherapist with Resthaven, your empathy and understanding of the challenges facing older people will be rewarded by the smiles and thanks you receive as you support older people to gain or retain their wellness goals.

To be successful in your application:

• You must be available to work permanent part-time across 7 shifts a fortnight
• Have comprehensive Physiotherapy knowledge, particularly relating to age-related conditions, with experience applying contemporary practices in an aged care environment
• An empathetic nature and a genuine commitment to supporting the needs and dignity of older people
• An inclusive, collaborative and supportive approach to leadership, with the ability to engage at all levels with clarity and empathy
• Proven ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team to deliver quality care outcomes
• IT savvy with a degree qualification in Physiotherapy and a current AHPRA registration
• At least 2 years of post-graduate experience in the role; aged care experience preferred
