THE OPPORTUNITY

We’re looking for a curious, considered, and exceptionally talented Design & Creative Specialist to join the Beckons marketing team. This is an exciting opportunity to help shape the visual expression for a global collection of luxury lodges, creating compelling creative across digital, print, and brand touchpoints that inspire guests to discover extraordinary destinations.

Working closely with Marketing, Sales, Revenue, Lodge General Managers, and external creative partners, you’ll ensure every piece of communication reflects the Beckons brand with consistency, creativity, and attention to detail.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Content & Brand Management

• Manage content across Beckons’ digital and print platforms, ensuring all assets are current, accurate, and aligned with brand identity and style guidelines
• Coordinate, review, and edit content across multiple channels, maintaining exceptional attention to detail and consistency of tone and messaging
• Uphold brand standards across all guest-facing and internal marketing collateral, ensuring a premium and cohesive brand experience

Website & Digital Platform Management

• Manage and maintain visual assets across all Beckons and lodge websites, optimising content to support brand and commercial objectives
• Coordinate website content updates and enhancements, ensuring information remains accurate, engaging, and relevant
• Manage content updates across industry, trade, and partner platforms as required

Digital Marketing & Campaigns

• Develop and produce digital marketing assets, including email campaigns (eDMs), newsletters, and organic social and paid ads
• Collaborate with the Marketing team to deliver campaigns that support brand and lodge awareness, guest engagement, and commercial objectives

Design & Collateral Production

• Design and produce high-quality marketing collateral to support the business, including lodge brochures, fact sheets, experience guides, presentations, guest communications, and sales materials
• Prepare artwork for advertising and produce both print and digital collateral in line with brand standards
• Design and manage the production of guest-facing stationery, in-room collateral, and operational materials, coordinating print production where required
• Ensure all creative assets are delivered to a consistently high standard, meeting project deadlines and production specifications

WHAT YOU’LL BRING

Essential Experience

• 5+ years’ experience in graphic design, brand design, or creative marketing
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop)
• Proven experience designing for both digital and print channels
• Experience managing multiple creative projects simultaneously and meeting tight deadlines
• Strong understanding of brand identity, typography, layout, and visual storytelling
• Excellent project management, organisational, communication, and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and external creative partners
• High attention to detail and commitment to delivering premium creative work
• A portfolio demonstrating high-quality creative work across digital and print

Essential Qualifications

• Previous experience in a similar Design or Creative Specialist role
• A tertiary qualification in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Creative Arts, or a related discipline (or equivalent professional experience)
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop)

Desirable Skills & Experience

• Experience with Figma or other collaborative design tools
• HTML knowledge
• Experience in luxury, hospitality, travel, or lifestyle brands
• Familiarity with website content management systems
• Experience with email marketing platforms and digital campaign tools
