Civil Operator | FIFO 2/2 Pilbara | Tier 1 Mining

We are seeking experienced Multi-Skilled Operators for a FIFO opportunity with a major mining operation in Western Australia.

This is an advanced-level position suited to operators with 5+ years' mining experience who are highly experienced across multiple types of mobile mining equipment.

About the Role

You will be required to operate an excavator, dozer and a range of additional mobile equipment, with the flexibility to operate other machinery as directed by the Supervisor.

About You To be considered, you must have:

• 5+ years' mining experience
• Proven excavator operating experience
• Proven dozer operating experience
• Competency on at least 3 additional types of mining equipment
• Multiple current machine competencies/tickets
• Previous experience in a production mining environment
• Experience operating electric or diesel-electric haul trucks is highly advantageous
• Ability and willingness to operate different machinery as directed
• Willingness to upskill and train across additional equipment
• Strong safety focus and commitment to following site procedures
