Job Description
Clean kitchen equipment, general kitchen areas, dishes, show kitchen, banquet kitchen etc.Maintain kitchen to a high standard of cleanliness at all times.Assist with goods receival and storage of deliveries.Time permitting - Assist with basic food preparation.Help unload deliveries and manage stock rotation.Dispose of waste and recycling maintain cleanliness.Provide general support to chefs and kitchen staff if called upon.
