The Role

You’ll manage a caseload of NSW workers’ compensation clients with physical injuries, working with the full stakeholder ecosystem — workers, employers, insurers, GPs and allied health providers — to achieve meaningful return-to-work outcomes.

• Conduct rehabilitation assessments and develop Recover at Work Plans

• Serve as primary point of contact, providing expert support to all stakeholders

• Attend Medical Case Conferences

• Build and maintain relationships with doctors, allied health professionals, employers and insurers

• Facilitate and support workers through the LeapForward 30-day program

• Meet icare timeframes and billing targets with autonomy — and accountability

Who We’re Looking For

This role suits someone who is two or three years into their rehab career and ready to work with genuine autonomy. You’ll thrive here if you:

• Have 2–3 years’ experience with an occupational rehabilitation provider in the NSW icare workers’ compensation scheme

• Understand icare timeframes and can manage your own workload to meet them

• Are a self-starter who doesn’t need hand-holding to get the basics right

• Have strong communication skills and genuinely care about your clients’ outcomes

• Hold full professional membership and relevant qualifications (OT, Physio, Exercise Physiology)

• Are comfortable with technology and open to using innovative digital tools

What’s on Offer

• $100,000–$115,000 base salary + super, depending on experience

• Monthly and quarterly performance bonuses based on hours billed and outcomes achieved

• Hybrid working: Monday and Wednesday in the Norwest office, three days from home
