About The Role
As a key member of our paint department, you'll work closely with our painters and production team to ensure every repair leaves the workshop to the highest standard.
Your Responsibilities Will Include
Preparing vehicles and panels for paint.Sanding, masking and priming.Buffing and polishing completed repairs.Completing final quality inspections.Assisting our spray painters to maintain efficient workflow.Maintaining a clean, organised and safe paint shop.Working collaboratively with the team to consistently deliver exceptional repairs.
About You
We're looking for someone who:
Has experience in automotive paint preparation and buffing.Produces consistently high-quality workmanship.Has exceptional attention to detail.Takes pride in every repair.Works well within a team environment.Has a positive attitude and strong work ethic.Is reliable, punctual and professional.Wants to be part of a business committed to excellence.
Experience working with prestige vehicles is highly regarded but not essential for the right person.
