HYBRID SENIOR ACCOUNTANT – TAX & BUSINESS SERVICES – FORSTER, NSW – $100K–$130K + SUPER (JOB ID 1540)

Our client, is a well-established and growing multi-office firm across the Mid North Coast, offering accounting, tax and financial planning services to a diverse client base. With a strong team culture, modern systems and a focus on long-term client relationships, they are seeking a Hybrid Senior Accountant to join their Tax & Business Services team. 

The Role: 

• Manage a portfolio of clients across tax compliance and advisory  

• Prepare and review financial statements and tax returns  

• Provide tax planning and business advisory services  

• Liaise directly with clients and build strong long-term relationships  

• Review work completed by junior and intermediate staff  

• Work closely with Managers and Partners on complex matters  

About You: 

• CA or CPA qualified (or close to completion)  

• 4–6+ years’ experience in public practice  

• Strong technical skills across tax and accounting  

• Experience with cloud-based systems such as Xero and XPM  

• Ability to manage deadlines and review work with accuracy  

• Strong communication skills and a client-focused mindset  

• Motivated, proactive, and team-oriented
