At Therabees you’ll step into a structured, supportive program designed to help you grow into a confident, capable clinician. You’ll manage a varied paediatric caseload including:

🐝 Neurodivergent Children and Teenagers
🐝 Children with developmental delays
🐝 Children with sensory processing differences
🐝 Children with genetic, physical, or neurological conditions

Your work will include clinic-based therapy, hydrotherapy (if you are interested) and school visits, and opportunities to collaborate within a multidisciplinary team of OTs, Speech Pathologists, Physiotherapists, Psychologists and Social Workers. We’re looking for someone who is passionate about working with children and families,
compassionate, adaptable, and team oriented. A strong communicator who builds rapport easily. In addition, you will:

• Australian work rights are required for this position

• Some paediatric occupational therapy experience is preferred

• Current AHPRA registration as an Occupational Therapist is required however, new graduates are welcome to apply.
