Internal Vacancy – Team Leader | Western Sydney

Embrace Community Care is seeking a motivated and caring person to join our team as a Team Leader in Western Sydney.

This is a great opportunity for someone who is passionate about supporting people with disability and wants to develop their leadership skills within a supportive community services environment.

As a Team Leader, you will help coordinate the day-to-day operations of our services and support our team to provide high-quality, person-centred care.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Supporting and guiding Support Workers
• Assisting with day-to-day service coordination
• Communicating with participants, families and staff
• Helping ensure supports are delivered according to participant needs
• Supporting staff with day-to-day questions and concerns
• Maintaining accurate records and documentation
• Promoting a positive, respectful and inclusive environment
• Following Embrace Community Care policies, procedures and NDIS requirements
• Escalating concerns and incidents to management when required
