We are looking for an organised and proactive Warehouse Coordinator to join our team and play a key role in keeping our warehouse operations running smoothly and efficiently.

As Warehouse Coordinator, you will be responsible for coordinating day-to-day warehouse activities, including inventory management, order fulfilment, stock control and warehouse processes. You will work closely with the wider team to ensure orders are processed accurately and on time, stock is maintained correctly, and warehouse operations remain efficient and well organised.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinating and maintaining accurate records of incoming and outgoing deliveries
• Managing follow-ups on delayed deliveries and ensuring timely resolution
• Conducting regular inventory checks to reconcile discrepancies and ensure stock accuracy
• Monitoring stock and sample levels, and initiating replenishment orders as needed
• Accurately documenting any product discrepancies, including but not limited to damage, shortages and overages
• Scheduling delivery driver routes, ensuring efficiency and convenience
• Managing company CRM system (Salesforce) by accurately documenting all activities, including orders, inventory and deliveries, within the system
• Working alongside the supervisors/management team to ensure smooth operations and to address any issues that arise
• Coordinating with the warehouse team to prioritise order fulfillment and timely delivery
• Assisting with communicating proactively with customers regarding order status and shipment details

About you

• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Exceptional time management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks accordingly
• Proficient in using various computer applications, including Microsoft Office Suite
• Excellent organisational skills with high attention to detail
• Ability to multi-task effectively in a dynamic environment
• Knowledge of flooring or construction safety and regulation guidelines
• Previous experience working in a Warehouse or in a similar position
• Familiarity with Customer Relations Management (CRM) systems, such as Salesforce
• Experience working in a fast-paced work environment

Pay: $75,000.00 – $85,000.00 per year

• Warehouse Coordinator : 2 years (Preferred)
