Property Manager

About the role

Manage a portfolio of approximately 220–230 residential properties with support from a dedicated leasing consultant, routine inspection support, administration and an experienced Head of Property Management. This role allows you to focus on your portfolio, owners and tenants independently while being part of an established, supportive team.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of approximately 220–230 residential properties
• Build strong, long-term relationships with landlords and tenants
• Coordinate repairs, maintenance and compliance requirements
• Manage rent reviews, lease renewals and arrears
• Conduct outgoing inspections and oversee bond finalisations
• Resolve tenancy matters calmly, professionally and efficiently
• Maintain accurate records and deliver consistently high service standards
• Work closely with the supportive and experienced property management team

About you

• Minimum three years' experience managing a residential portfolio
• Current NSW Certificate of Registration or Real Estate Licence
• Strong knowledge of NSW residential tenancy legislation
• Highly organised with excellent time-management skills
• Confident managing a portfolio independently
• Clear, professional and personable communication style
• Strong attention to detail and a solutions-focused approach
• Reliable, accountable and genuinely passionate about property management
• Experience with PropertyMe or similar software is highly regarded
