About the Role

You'll visit residential and commercial customers throughout Perth's northern suburbs to inspect properties, prepare quotations and provide tailored pest management solutions.

A major focus of this role is helping homeowners protect their properties from termites by educating them on risks, prevention strategies and treatment options.

Key Responsibilities

• Attend pre-booked customer appointments

• Conduct property inspections for pest and termite treatments

• Prepare accurate quotations and treatment recommendations

• Explain termite risks and available treatment solutions

• Follow up quotations and sales opportunities

• Build strong relationships with residential and commercial customers

• Respond to customer enquiries via phone and email

• Achieve sales targets while delivering outstanding customer service

• Maintain accurate customer records using company systems

About You

• Proven experience in a sales role in domestic services/products (pest management experience highly regarded)

• Strong face-to-face communication and presentation skills

• Confident building rapport with customers

• Results-driven with a passion for achieving sales targets

• Professional, reliable and well organised

• Excellent time management skills

• Comfortable using tablets, computers and CRM systems

• Able to work independently and manage your own schedule

• Current Australian Driver's Licence

• Current Police Clearance (or willing to obtain one)

• Full Australian working rights
