Available Positions

👨‍🍳 Line Chefs

Working closely with the Head Chef, you'll be responsible for delivering high-quality meals across Breakfast, Lunch, and Dinner services while upholding ISS's reputation for excellence and creating memorable dining experiences that exceed expectations.

👨‍🍳 Head Chefs & Sous Chefs

Lead and support kitchen operations, meal preparation, and food service delivery while maintaining the highest standards of food quality, safety, and customer satisfaction.

What We're Looking For?

• Previous experience as a Chef in a high-volume kitchen environment
• Certificate III in Commercial Cookery (or higher)
• Relevant trade qualifications
• Strong focus on food quality, safety, and customer service
• Reliable, motivated, and team-oriented approach
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Relevant trade qualifications and food safety knowledge

Minimum Requirements

• Australian Citizenship
• Current National Police Check
• Ability to obtain a pre-employment medical clearance, including Drug & Alcohol testing
• Ability to obtain and maintain a Defence Clearance
• Defence or military experience highly desirable
