As part of a small team, you will micro-manage the provision of transport services to vulnerable people. You will perform a range of administrative functions and engage with stakeholders on a regular basis throughout the day via phone or written communication.

About you
Excellent communication skills
Excellent situational awareness
Strong analytical skills
Able to make decisions under pressure
Commonsense and application of logic
22.5hrs per week, and must be available for work 0900-1700 Tuesdays and Fridays (half hour lunch), with some flexibility available for performing the remaining hours across other weekdays
