We're opening the doors on a brand-new early learning service, and we're looking for passionate, play-driven people to help us build it from the ground up — we're hiring for both a Room Leader and Educators to join our founding team.

This isn't a role where you're stepping into someone else's routines, someone else's room set-up, or someone else's way of doing things. This is your chance to shape a program, a space, and a team culture from day one — and have real ownership over what you create.

The Roles

 Room Leader

As Room Leader, you'll:

• Lead the planning and delivery of an engaging, play-based education program

• Build genuine, warm relationships with children and families

• Mentor and support the educators within your room

• Set up your space (literally — help unbox that fresh new equipment!) to reflect your program and philosophy

• Take the lead on room routines, documentation, and program direction

• Contribute to the culture, values, and identity of a service still being written

What we're looking for:

• A relevant early childhood education qualification (Diploma or above preferred)

• Experience leading a room or confidently ready to step up into leadership

• A genuine love of play-based, child-led learning

• Confidence to lead a room and mentor a team

• Enthusiasm for building something new rather than maintaining something old

• A collaborative, can-do, "let's figure this out together" attitude

 Educator

As an Educator, you'll:

• Work alongside your Room Leader to bring the program to life day to day

• Build warm, trusting relationships with children and their families

• Get hands-on with set-up, play experiences, and everyday routines

• Bring your own ideas and interests into the room — we want your personality in the program

• Help create a space children (and you!) genuinely love spending their days in

• Grow your skills and experience as part of a brand-new, supportive team

What we're looking for:

• A relevant early childhood education qualification (Certificate III, Diploma, or working towards one)

• A genuine love of play-based, child-led learning

• A warm, patient, and engaged approach with children

• Enthusiasm for being part of something new and growing into the role

• A collaborative, can-do, "let's figure this out together" attitude
