We conduct a wide variety of specialised services, mostly to fixed plant mining equipment throughout the Midwest, and Pilbara. 

The Role:

We are currently seeking mine site experienced, trade qualified Mechanical Fitters and Boilermakers for our upcoming shutdowns in October & November.  Previous experience in maintenance or shutdowns is desirable.

To be considered a suitable applicant you will require the following

• Australian recognised Mechanical Fitter Trade qualifications

• Current White card

• Drivers Licence

• Confined Space and Working at Heights - Within 2 years of completion

• Current Police Clearance - within 12 months

• High Risk Work Licence

• Ability to work with others in a team environment

• Experienced with mine site environments, fixed plant shutdowns

• Commitment to working safely

• Must be flexible and can mobilise at short notice (travel to and from site is co-ordinated by the employer and travel time paid)

• Must be reliable, have a strong work ethic and be physically fit

• Own basic hand tools

Pay rates for Mechanical Fitters range between $67 to $76 per hour depending on location and shift. 

All successful applicants will be required to complete a Drug & Alcohol screening (DAS) prior to commencing employment.
