About the Role

The Ngujima Yin FPSO is the offshore production facility for the Vincent oil field and Greater Enfield development, receiving multiphase fluids from subsea wells and processing, storing and offloading stabilised crude oil for export.

A Production Maintenance Technician (PMT - Operations) on the Ngujima‑Yin FPSO is a multi‑skilled technician responsible for the safe operation, monitoring, and first‑line maintenance of the offshore production facility. Reporting to the Production Superintendent. The applicant will work a FIFO roster (3 wks on- 4 wks off - 3 wks on - 5 wks off) mobilising from point of hire Perth.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Safely operate and monitor production plant and utilities in accordance with approved procedures and operating limits
• Maintain stable production by responding to process upsets, alarms, and deviations
• Conduct field operations and plant walk‑downs to verify equipment condition and identify hazards
• Execute routine operational tasks including valve operations, sampling, line‑ups, start‑ups, and shutdowns
• Work within the Integrated Safe System of Work (ISSOW), including permits, isolations and SSICs,
• Support maintenance activities through equipment preparation, isolation, testing, and reinstatement
• Accurately complete shift logs, handovers, and production reporting
• Participate as a member of the Emergency Response Team, providing initial response during incidents
• Communicate effectively with the control room, maintenance teams, and supervisors to support safe, reliable operations

Skills and Experience

• PMA Cert III or IV or relevant knowledge and skill in Oil & Gas Production
• Previous Operations or Maintenance experience
• Familiarity with Woodside operational systems and processes including SAP, ISSoW, ESP and others
