Junior Medical Receptionist

Seeking motivated positive-attitude, happy, outgoing Junior Medical Receptionist

Your responsibilities include managing front reception desk, liaising with patients, supporting other staff members and general administration duties.

Preferred candidate with experience especially with Genie software and has the ability to type the dictated letters and to do billing with Eclipse.

Must possess excellent communication and people skills.

Requirements for this role:

• Medical administration experience preferred
• Knowledge of medical terminology
• Excellent customer service skills
• Time-management skills & flexibility
• Experience using Genie Medical Software
• Billing experience with Eclipse
• Ability to type the dictated letters
• Good team work
