We are seeking a weekend support worker to join our team in Rose Bay in Sydney's Eastern Suburbs at a small independent living retirement village. This is a part-time position providing support in the village as required over the weekend.
Key responsibilities
Support residents requiring assistance
Lead response to any events that may arise from time-to-time on the weekend, including calling contractors if required
Heat meals for a small number of residents
Ensure communal spaces are kept tidy for residents' enjoyment
Facilitate any social events residents organise for the weekends in the communal spaces
Any other tasks as requested by the Village Manager
We have two positions available:
8am-3pm Saturday and Sunday
3pm-10pm Saturday and Sunday
The successful applicants will need to provide a compliant Criminal History Check.
