Account Manager

CareWell Health is seeking an experienced and relationship-focused Account Manager to manage and grow one of our key client accounts.

As the primary point of contact, you will be responsible for building strong stakeholder relationships, identifying sales opportunities, coordinating orders and installations, and ensuring exceptional customer service from enquiry through to project completion.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and grow a designated client account.
• Build strong relationships with key stakeholders.
• Identify sales opportunities and drive revenue growth.
• Prepare quotes, proposals and account plans.
• Coordinate orders, deliveries, installations and fit-outs.
• Liaise with warehouse, logistics, service and operations teams.
• Manage service requests, maintenance and warranty support.
• Monitor client satisfaction and resolve issues promptly.
• Contribute to process improvements and account development.

About You

• Experience in account management, sales or client relationship management.
• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Commercially minded with a focus on growth and customer outcomes.
• Experience in aged care, healthcare or related industries is advantageous.

This role combines office-based work with regular client visits and offers the opportunity to work closely with clients, operations, logistics and service teams to deliver outstanding outcomes.

Pay: $52,880.00 – $129,752.77 per year
