Belt Splicers & Supervisors - FIFO / DIDO Opportunities

REMA TIP TOP is currently expanding operations in Mackay and is seeking experienced Level 2 & 3 Belt Splicers and Belt Supervisors to join our growing team.

We are offering both FIFO and DIDO roster options, providing flexibility and strong earning potential within a well-established global organisation.
 
About the Role:
FIFO Option

• Roster: 12 days on / 9 days off
• Fly in Sunday PM | Work Monday to following Friday | Fly out Friday PM
• Flights ex Brisbane only
• Accommodation provided (shared apartments with private rooms)

 
DIDO Option

• Matching FIFO conditions
• Flexible roster options:
  • 12/9 roster
  • 4/3 roster

Key Responsibilities

• Conveyor belt splicing and maintenance
• Shutdown and breakdown support
• Supervisory leadership (for Supervisor roles)
• Adherence to site safety and compliance requirements
• Working collaboratively within field service teams

 
Qualifications/Tickets:

• Current Drivers License
• Confined Spaces ticket, Working at Heights ticket, Gas Test Atmospheres ticket (Mandatory)
• S11 - Surface Only - (Mandatory)
• Belt Splicing/Polymer Processing Certificate - We can enrol in this if you don't hold already.
• High Risk Work License including Forklift, EWP, Dogging, Rigging etc. (desirable) 

Attitude:

• Excellent communication skills, commitment to safety, self-motivation, and a strong work ethic
• Willingness to undergo and pass a police check and pre-employment medical including Drug and Alcohol screening and Functional Capacity Evaluation
