About the Role
Reporting into senior leadership, you will own pricing analytics and lead the maturing of the function end to end. This is a genuine build role: you will take the business from Excel-based analysis to a Python-driven approach, set the analytical standard, and shape how pricing decisions are made at the highest level.

Duties / Key Responsibilities

• Own and elevate pricing analytics to drive commercial decision-making across the business
• Lead the shift from Excel-based processes to scalable, Python-driven analytics
• Partner with and influence senior stakeholders, turning complex data into sharp pricing insight
• Design analytical frameworks, tooling, and processes that lift the maturity of the whole function
• Set the pace and standard for data capability as the business scales

Skills and Experience

• Exceptional pricing or commercial analytics background from a top-tier bank or leading consulting firm
• Proven track record moving a function from Excel to Python and more sophisticated tooling
• Sharp commercial instinct and the presence to influence senior stakeholders with confidence
• A true builder, energised by creating structure and standards where little exists
• Full Australian working rights and based in Sydney
