We're looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused Sales Assistant / Accessory Fitter to join our team. Whether you're already passionate about the outdoors or simply enjoy helping people find the right solution, we'll provide the training you need to become a roof rack expert.

What You'll Be Doing

• Delivering exceptional customer service in-store, over the phone and online.
• Helping customers choose the right roof racks, bike carriers, roof boxes and outdoor accessories for their vehicle and lifestyle.
• Installing roof rack systems and accessories (full training provided).
• Processing sales transactions and maintaining accurate stock levels.
• Keeping the showroom clean, organised and well presented.
• Learning about new products and staying up to date with industry trends.
• Working collaboratively with your team to deliver outstanding customer experiences.

About You

Essential Requirements

• Current manual driver's licence.
• Availability to work Monday to Friday (8:30am – 5:00pm) and Saturdays (8:30am – 12:30pm) as rostered.
• Ability to safely lift, carry and install roof rack products.
• A passion for delivering outstanding customer service.
