Your Impact

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, coach and develop the reliability team.
• Improve plant uptime and maintenance schedule adherence.
• Develop and deliver the site’s reliability strategy and improvement plan.
• Strengthen preventative maintenance processes and practices.
• Review equipment changes, capital plans and asset priorities.
• Lead cross-functional solutions to technical and operational challenges.
• Manage budgets and support site engineering projects.
• Promote strong safety, environmental and continuous improvement practices.
  
  

About You

• A relevant engineering qualification or a mechanical, electrical or related trade background.
• Solid FMCG, food, beverage or high-volume manufacturing experience.
• Proven experience leading and developing maintenance, reliability or engineering teams.
• Strong knowledge of preventative maintenance, plant reliability and asset management.
• Experience with projects, budgets and continuous improvement.
• Strong communication, problem-solving and stakeholder-management skills.
• A clear commitment to safety, quality and environmental performance.
