Job DescriptionRamsay Health Care is looking for an experienced Payroll Automation Lead to help reshape the way payroll operates across our national business.
This is a hands-on opportunity to make a tangible impact — identifying manual processes, designing smarter solutions, improving the use of payroll technology and creating consistent national processes that improve efficiency, accuracy and the employee experience.

About the role
Ramsay’s payroll function operates across multiple state and corporate offices, each with established ways of working. Your role will be to identify opportunities to standardise, simplify and automate these processes, creating a more consistent and efficient national payroll operating model.
You’ll work across Payroll, Technology, Finance, People & Culture and our payroll platform teams, taking ideas from analysis and requirements through to implementation, testing and benefits realisation.
Key areas of focus will include:
A key priority will be tackling manual processes that create unnecessary effort and risk, including manual timesheet handling, reconciliation and reporting, replacing detective manual checking with smarter, system-enabled controls wherever possible.
