About the role
This is an internal opportunity for a resilient and dependable Mental Health Support Worker to join Psychosocial Residential Rehabilitation service located in Albert Park. You will provide personalised, recovery-oriented support to people with psychosocial disability, helping them achieve their goals and enhance their wellbeing. Through one-to-one support, group activities and practical assistance, you will empower clients to build independence, develop life skills and engage meaningfully with their community.
