Key Position Tasks: As an Accounts Officer, you will play a key role in supporting the Finance team by ensuring the accurate and timely processing of accounts receivable, accounts payable, reconciliations, and financial reporting activities
Manage accounts receivable, including invoicing, payment allocation, debtor management, and collections.Maintain accurate debtor ageing reports and follow up outstanding accounts.Process and reconcile daily client payments and bank transactions.Support month-end activities, including revenue recognition, journals, and reporting.Assist with accounts payable processing and weekly payment runs.Prepare information for audits and maintain accurate financial records.Provide financial analysis and administrative support as required.Collaborate with internal stakeholders to support efficient finance operations.
Key Skills, Attributes and Experience: Accounting, Finance, or related qualification (or equivalent experience).Strong Microsoft Excel and financial systems skills.Experience with NetSuite and/or Microsoft Dynamics is desirable.Excellent organisational, time management, and communication skills.High attention to detail and accuracy.
