The Opportunity
As an Assistant Educator, you will:

• Support the delivery of engaging, play-based learning experiences for children across all age groups
• Create a safe, nurturing and inclusive environment where children can learn and grow
• Work collaboratively with Lead Educators, Room Leaders and the Centre Leadership Team
• Build positive relationships with children, families and colleagues
• Assist with implementing educational programs aligned with the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF)
• Help maintain a high standard of care, education and supervision
• Ensure compliance with National Quality Standards and service policies
• Work flexible shifts between 6:30am and 6:30pm as part of a permanent part-time roster

About You
To be successful in this role, you will have:

• Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (or ACECQA-approved equivalent)
• Previous experience working in an early childhood education setting
• A strong understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and National Quality Framework (NQF)
• A genuine passion for supporting children's learning and development
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Current Working with Children Check
• Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma and Anaphylaxis certifications (or willingness to obtain)
• A positive, flexible and professional approach to your work
