Senior Lawyer: Insurance (General Liability) (4+ years’ PQE)

About the role:

Manage and work across a varied portfolio of insurance litigation matters, which will include:

• Public and products liability and has successfully.
• Personal injury and property damage claims.
• Advising and defending compensation to relatives claims, recovery actions under the workers compensation regime, catastrophic injury cases, and high-value construction disputes.
• Handling contract and negligence claims against professional insureds, such as financial advisors, certifiers, and

The ideal candidate:

• 4+ years’ PQE, with experience across public liability, product liability, property damage or related insurance matters.
• The ability to independently manage a busy caseload.
• Strong commercial judgement and client relationship skills.
• A collaborative approach and interest in contributing to a supportive team environment.
