Educational Support Officer (ESO)

Coolum Beach Christian College (CBCC) is seeking applications from passionate, faith-filled and experienced Educational Support Officer (Teacher Aide) to support our Learning Enrichment Team across our College (Primary and Secondary) to commence Term 4 2026 with ongoing role for 2027.

Applicants must:

• Have a Certificate in Education Support.

• Have a current Blue Card or be willing to obtain a Blue Card Prior to commencement.  

• Have experience communicating effectively with students.

• Have experience working with a variety of intervention programs such as Maqlit (Preferred)

• Demonstrate empathy with, and understanding of, students with diverse needs (Highly desirable)

• Be comfortable in actively demonstrating their Christian faith   

Hours are 35 per week, to be worked from Monday to Friday.

Applicants must hold current Queensland teacher registration and be eligible to work in Australia.
